How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
Are tracking numbers/delivery confirmation available?
Yes! You'll be able to track your package and stay updated on its current location.
After you've made a purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 7 days for us to prepare your order to be shipped. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

What is your exchange / return policy?
ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE (NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES). Please read the item descriptions very carefully, which include the "Condition" of every item. If a flaw (stain, tear, missing button, etc.) is present, it will be stated. We try our very best to spot any flaws on our used pieces and we only sell items that are have in exceptional condition and wearable. If we happen to overlook a flaw and fail to include it in the item description, this is an admonition informing all customers that any used item in our shop may have a small flaw. Refunds will ONLY be issued in the event of a significant flaw or if the garment is not wearable.
